Mission:
The committee shall be responsible for recruiting new members, maintaining membership rolls, and carrying out decisions of the Executive Board relative to eligibility for membership in the Association. The chair shall also be responsible for assuring that each person voting at the annual meeting is qualified to vote pursuant to these bylaws.
